Get to Know Us Before You Need Us briefings are designed to inform our military and their families about our services and benefits and how to access them during times of need. These breifings are especially critical prior to a service member's deployment, so that in times of emergency, family and loved ones know what to do to activate Red Cross services.
Coping With Deployments Courses:
The Central NC Chapter supports military families during deployments through our Coping With Deployment course. Taught by licensed mental health professionals, this course is desined to assist military families in manageing the many changes in their lives when their service members are deployed. This course is available for individuals or Family Readiness Groups. The course is free and taught in a confidential envioronment.

Coming Home Series: Reintegration and Reunion Courses:
This series focuses on individual/small group coaching that enhances the liklihood of positive reconnections among family members and loved ones and the successfull reengagement of the service member in civilian life. The series consists of a number of topic areas that service members and their families have found relevant to their experienc as they transition back home. This series is free of charge and taught in a confidencial enviornment.
